Who are we looking for?

Have you got a background in sales or entrepreneurial drive?

Being a business owner will require you to source plenty of new leads and nurture them into client work opportunities that you can match candidates to. Experience of being relied on to keep revenue flowing would be helpful. The skills needed as a franchisee are akin to a commission-only sales person; where no sales equals no income. The upside is…there is no ceiling on the financial rewards that can come from great relationship building and putting in the effort.

Alternatively, you may be a recruitment professional with at least a couple of years’ experience who has an entrepreneurial outlook and are keen to directly benefit from your own hard work and enjoy the flexibility of being your own boss. Ideally, you will have experience in construction, warehousing or trades.

Ultimately, we're looking for people who are natural relationship builders, with solid business development skills and local connections. The right franchisees will be those that are a good fit with the rest of our team; sharing the same values and beliefs that have cemented our great reputation.
